Traveller from Neston stayed in August,2008

Guest Comment:
extensive alterations were taking place to hotels public areas which meant on 2 mornings breakfast was accessable only by leaving the hotel and walking round it to the rear entrance. coffee was unavailable on two evening in the bar area which was completely closed for one evening. a superior room was booked and this did not seem to have been issued. after a move the only difference was a dressing gown and pair of slippers between two and a wireless computerr connection. on inquiry we were informed that it was a superior room because it was on the third floor. also the spa and swimmimg pool were closed, again a specific reason for choosing the hotel as enjoy a swim after a days sight seeing.

Top Tip:
the national art gallery is well worth a visit.
