Guest Comment:
Good location, friendly staff, marvellous selection at breakfast. Nice little touches like little chocolates and sweets put in room each day, toiletries and towelling robe. Yes, rooms are a bit tired and dated but very clean and bathroom was modern.

Top Tip:
Bratislava old town with its cobbled streets is nice but don't go expecting somewhere like Paris , London or Rome. You could see the whole place in less than 2 days. There are some very good restaurants and we particularly liked The Black Rose which is in town centre. Great variety of food and drink and very reasonable. Unbelievably most shops shut by lunchtime on Saturdays so go shopping early. Outside centre it's pretty grey and bleak. Easy and cheap to get to Vienna by train - takes about an hour - now that is a city! For the Brits, if you go to Vienna remember to take your passports as Austrian police on train do an inspection.
